Partner workflow checks for SME advisors.

I’m Daniel from AssistanceManager in Linz. If one of your clients is serious enough to invest but too small to carry internal IT, I can inspect one workflow, report back plainly, and only propose a build when the value is clear.

Why AssistanceManager exists.

We come from practical company work: understanding processes, finding friction, building systems, and removing avoidable manual effort.

What we do

AssistanceManager builds practical workflow automations for small and medium-sized businesses. The work is not to make a company look technical; it is to make the repeated work of the day easier to run.

Why this matters to us

We have spent our careers helping companies turn cumbersome workflows into smoother processes. We know the frustration of manual tasks, and we understand how the underlying machines are assembled.

Where we are going

The long-term goal is to build automations that save more money than they cost and become a trusted part of daily operations. Early partners help us turn that standard into reality.

The partner offer, in two parts.

An early partner rate

Early partners help us start a new business on tracks real operators laid long ago: real companies, real workflows, real wisdom. In return, they get a reduced first-client path if the audit shows clear value.

Your guidance is part of the offer

If you are willing to guide us with the judgement of someone who has run real operations, that is worth more than theory. We bring the technical craft; you bring operating wisdom.

The audit costs nothing. If we do not find a clear lever, you owe nothing. If we do, we put the partner rate in writing.

How it works.

The audit is not a large analysis. It is a short practical look at one workflow that costs time, money, or attention during the normal business day.

01 · Listen

We start with the work as it really happens.

A real task, the handoffs around it, and the points where people quietly lose time.

1

A free workflow check

We look at one repeated part of the business day and ask whether it can be made smoother. If automation is not the right answer, I say so.

2

A partner-rate path

If there is value, early partners get the first-client rate in writing. No retainer to start, no lock-in.

3

Current funding check

I check the current official funding pages for a possible fit, then help prepare the case. The funding body decides the amount.

4

Build, teach, or handle it

I can transfer the method to your team, build the automation for you, or host it in the EU with clear ownership and a kill-switch.

What I don’t do.

You are partnering with someone who would rather keep your trust than win one sale.

  • I won't push AI onto work that needs a better process first.
  • I won't send your data to third parties by default — local first, EU cloud only with your written sign-off.
  • I won't quote a grant amount I can't guarantee. The funding body decides; I prepare the case.
  • No retainers, no lock-in, no revenue promises — time-back hours, not sales lifts.
